@@bonsai-shinshi this is the first time I've seen this technique. does it help in some way when it's time to remove the bark for jin, besides just being a good reminder of what you wanted to do?
@@DarthMasiah This was done to make it easier to understand on Japanese blogs. Once it is set to "Jin", it will not grow any further. I think it will be easier to imagine.

水切れだと思います。
潅水ではなく、山砂のみで植えたりしたことが原因ではないかと。
キンズは強いのですがデリケートでもあり難しいです。
赤玉多めのほうが良いような気がしますので来春は逆に赤玉多めで挑戦してみます。
